Thank You.
As 2024 comes to an end, I wanted to thank all of you for your support and encouragement.
Thank You
Thank you.
That’s what I wanted to say to everyone who has supported my writing through subscribing, free or paid.
It is through your support that I have been able to do what I love, and share what knowledge I have to the rest of this little corner I have with you here on the web.
2024 Overview
2024 was a great year for me, even though it started out slowly.
Although The Engineer’s Perspective (EP), has been around for two years prior to 2024, I never took it seriously until this year, when I received my first paying subscribers.
Since then, I’ve refined my writing process and seriously increased my content output of things I wanted to look at and share with you.
And it’s made all the difference.
2025 Goals
My goal for 2025 then is to do more of the same, and I will list them out here:
Maintain the consistency and output of content for you
And expand topics to include the advent and expansion of AI.
Improve the quality of content
Maintain consistency
Life happens.
At least that was my excuse for not writing consistently and sharing my articles with you. This was really because I did not realize the type of effort needed to keep consistent with articles and content. I was more of a consumer than creator.
2024 changed all that, and I decided to try something different. I decided to improve my workflow process and lock things down so that I could write and output articles faster for you.
I literally doubled my subscribers in the 6 months since I started outputting more articles, and I plan on keeping this up in 2025.
Expand on Topics to include AI
I am of the mind that AI will change the world forever, and that includes aerospace and defense. In order to stay ahead of the curve, I plan on expanding my writing to include AI and how it affects and will be affected by trends and happenings in Aerospace and defense.
Improvement of content quality
I’ve always admired the quality of the writers from other aerospace publications like Aviation Week, Sandboxx, and The War Zone. To me, these publications set a bar that is unbelievably high, yet achievable.
Your support of me on this journey has been an incredible honor, and I hope to one day be mentioned in their ranks as well, not just for the quality of their writing, but for locking down a niche for higher depth-of-content, as I am the one thing the writers on these publications are not - A systems and aerospace engineer.
This is an advantage that no matter how well these other publications write, they will never have.
And I plan on taking advantage of this.
I hope that you stay onboard and join me on the rest of my journey, and hopefully you will be there to support me as I strive to be mentioned in the same breath of these legendary publications.
